Common problems
The following sections provide guidance on how to troubleshoot logging into IntelliTrack.
1. Forgot Password or password not working
Click the Forgot Password? link on the login page. You will be sent an email with your password.
If you do not receive this email within a half hour (delivery times will vary), check your spam folders.
If you still can't find the email, check with your on-site facility administor
to make sure that your email and password are each set correctly.
2. Case sensitivity

Make sure that your caps lock key is not on.

Your email address can be in either upper or lower case

Your password MUST be exact. Upper and lower case matter.
